Overview:
We are partnering with an international client to appoint an Executive Operations Manager to work directly with the Co-Founders and Family Office.
This is a unique opportunity for a bilingual professional with proven experience in operations, project leadership, and executive support to drive strategic execution and operational excellence across both business and personal spheres.
The role requires exceptional structure, discretion, and cross-cultural fluency, Supporting visionary Founders within a fast-paced, multi-market environment across Europe and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Convert strategic goals into quarterly roadmaps with measurable KPIs.
2. Lead and optimise system and process rollouts (CRM, PMS, automation tools).
3. Build and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and performance reports.
4. Consolidate updates across Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Management.
5. Manage Founders’ inboxes, calendars, and international travel logistics.
6. Provide Family Office support, including property and personal coordination.
Candidate Profile:
7. Strong background in operations, project, or change management.
8. Experience supporting C-suite or Founders, ideally within a Family Office or entrepreneurial setting.
9. Skilled in developing systems, processes, and structured reporting.
10. Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
11. Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
12. Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2 or PMP are advantageous.
13. Organised, analytical, calm under pressure, and discreet.
14. Able to balance business operations with select personal support tasks.
