The role involves working in a thriving, performance-driven environment, completing response maintenance tasks and meeting strict deadlines. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out painting work to a high-quality standard Complete response maintenance and repair tasks Work to tight deadlines within a performance-driven environment Communicate effectively with management and the Quantity Surveyor Survey and itemise works within occupied residential properties Deliver work in line with company standards and client expectations Maintain a professional and respectful approach with the public Comply with data protection policies and procedures Support general operations and ad hoc project work Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policies Essential Criteria: Relevant trade qualification with certification Valid CSR Card or recognised Health & Safety training Full UK driving licence Proven painting experience within the construction industry Experience working on social housing or public sector contracts Key Attributes: Ability to work independently using own initiative Willingness to work overtime, including weekends if required Additional Information: Work is primarily within occupied social housing and public sector properties A successful Access NI check is required as part of onboarding Apply Now If youre a skilled Painter in Warrenpoint or the South Down area looking for reliable, long-term work, apply today with your CV and availability.
