Job Description:
We are seeking an expert in early careers compliance to drive the success of our apprenticeship program and support our graduate and year in industry pathways. This role involves working closely with the group head of learning and development to deliver high-impact programs that meet exceptionally high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing internal programs supporting apprenticeship standards
* Promoting best practices across the organization through policy planning, audits, insights reporting, training plans review, DAS system management, accurate record maintenance, monthly report generation,
* Mentoring junior team members
* Support recruitment via assessment centre as required.

Important Skills Required
lSolid up-to-date knowledge of government policies such as ESFA & Apprenticeship Levy
i Proven experience working with Further Education bodies
i Strong data management skills including Excel & Power BI usage
