Collins Property Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly reputable independent Estate Agency to find an experienced and strategic Head of Lettings to lead their lettings division covering North-West London. This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for the lettings business from top to bottom. This role requires a strong drive with excellent commercial awareness, capable of driving growth and delivering an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants. As the Head of Lettings, youll be responsible for: Developing and executing a strategic business plan to grow the lettings and management portfolio.
Driving new business through landlord acquisition, valuations, networking, and relationship management.
Ensuring high standards of customer service and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
Managing budgets, forecasting, and implementing strategies to maximise profitability.
Overseeing marketing, pricing strategies, and property presentation to ensure maximum exposure and occupancy.
Leading process improvement and adoption of digital tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Representing the business professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
As Head of Lettings, you will receive: Competitive basic salary (depending on experience).
£60,000 - £70,000 (£100,000+ OTE).
Generous commission structure.
Car allowance or travel allowance.
Experience & skills youll need: Minimum 57 years experience in residential lettings.
Proven success in growing a lettings portfolio and managing a high-performing team.
Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation, compliance, and industry best practice.
Commercially driven with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and strategy.
Strong customer service ethos with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience working within the North-West London Lettings market.
