Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Newcastle Area for a Valuer at Bridgfords. The Valuer will be responsible for assessing property values, conducting property appraisals, liaising with potential sellers and buyers, and building strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Valuer will provide expert advice on market trends, support clients throughout the sale or purchase process, and coordinate closely with the sales and lettings teams to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in real estate valuation and appraisal, with a strong understanding of market trends
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills to foster client trust and satisfaction
* Practical experience in real estate or as an Estate Agent
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Knowledge of the Greater Newcastle Area property market is a significant advantage
* Valid driver’s license and access to own transportation
* RICS qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory
