About the Role
We are urgently recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy distribution centre in Sighthill on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable warehouse experience, with consistent hours, full training, and a supportive working environment.

Main Responsibilities
* Accurate picking and dispatch of goods
* Checking product quality, shelf life, and ensuring robust packaging for delivery
* Assembling and stacking products to the highest standard for clients
* Working collaboratively with team members to meet corporate goals and operational KPIs
* Complying with Health & Safety procedures and reporting requirements
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment ("clean as you go" principle)
* Cooperating with other departments to ensure maximum efficiency
* Maintaining a professional and polite attitude at all times
* Adhering to all processes and procedures to ensure audit compliance
* Performing additional warehouse duties including loading, hygiene, de-kit, and tipping tasks

Training & Development
* Full training provided on PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) and Counterbalance operations
* Opportunity for Reach Truck training for put-away and replenishment tasks

Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential - full training provided
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts
* Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
