Your new role
As Head of Workplace,Environment & Sustainability (WES), you will lead the strategic directionand operational excellence of workplace services, facilities, and environmentalhealth and safety across multiple sites. This director-level position willoversee a broad portfolio including:
* Facilities managementand site services
* Safety, Health &Environment (SHE) compliance
* Business continuityand risk management
* Sustainabilitystrategy and environmental reporting
* Security and vendormanagement
You'll lead ahigh-performing team, drive innovation, and ensure compliance with ISOstandards (14001, 45001, 22301). Your leadership will shape a workplace that issafe, sustainable, and future-ready.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in thisrole, you will bring:
* A strong background infacilities, SHE, or sustainability leadership
* Proven experiencemanaging large-scale operations and cross-functional teams
* A NEBOSH Diplomaand/or advanced IWFM qualification (or equivalent)
* Excellent stakeholderengagement and communication skills
* A strategic mindsetwith the ability to lead through change and complexity
* Experience workingwithin a matrixed, global organisation
* A passion for continuous improvement and delivering customer-centric solutions
