Motorcycle Sales Executive
We are seeking a passionate and driven Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a well-established and reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, professional, and enthusiastic about all things motorcycles.
A full motorcycle licence is essential for this position, as is a confident and consultative approach to customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide first-class service both in person and over the phone.
Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
Maintain excellent product knowledge to advise customers on suitable motorcycles, finance, and insurance options.
Arrange and accompany customer test rides, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
Maintain accurate customer records, contact history, and sales administration.
Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
Negotiate and close sales professionally, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales (automotive or motorcycle industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
Full, valid UK motorcycle and car driving licence.
