Choice Housing is seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor to assist the Head of Planned Maintenance in providing in-house Building Surveying Services. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering asset management services, managing projects, and making a difference for tenants. You will build relationships with tenants and stakeholders, promote trust, and contribute to policy development and service improvement. Responsibilities: Deliver customer-focused asset management services. Manage planned maintenance projects, including cost planning and contract administration. Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits, providing solutions to improve assets. Prepare CAD drawings, tender packages, and reports. Collaborate with teams, contractors, and agencies to ensure compliance. Administer NEC construction projects and Contracts from start to finish. Employee Benefits
