A client of ours in the Bury St Edmunds area are recruiting an Operations Apprentice to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hour week). Paying a negotiable salary depending on experience.
Following a successful probation period, this role offers hybrid working, with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
Your key duties in this Operations Apprentice role will include but are not limited to:
Maintaining and cleansing data across internal systems, including running exception reports
Producing reports and analysing data to support business decisions
Assisting with system improvements, testing new features, and streamlining processes
Supporting projects aimed at improving client services and team efficiency
Helping with IT queries, document templates, and bulk communicationsSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Experience in operations support, data, or systems-based roles (or similar)
Strong analytical skills with confidence in reporting and data handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
