In-House Solicitor / Legal Counsel - Commercial - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
An innovative early-stage biotech company with exceptional potential for growth and market impact
Role
* Working across a range of commercial activities to provide legal advice across stakeholder groups on business decisions, ensuring compliance and risk management
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international commercial contracts
* Advising colleagues on operational matters including regulatory compliance, IP and data protection
* Assisting with development of internal policy/procedures, guidance and training
You
* 2 PQE+, UK or US qualified lawyer
* Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
* Proven experience in contract negotiation
* Robust approach to compliance
* Proactive, adaptable and eager to keep abreast of relevant legal developments and regulation changes
