JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Generate new business revenue through direct selling of Kahootz enterprise solutions to meet or exceed agreed sales targets
* Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across defence, government, NHS and SME markets
* Build strong relationships with prospects and customers through professional consultation and solution-focused selling
* Represent Kahootz professionally whilst conducting demonstrations, presentations and client meetings
* Contribute to company growth through effective territory management and market development
* Develop expertise in collaboration software solutions and cyber security applications
* Support overall sales team objectives through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

New Business Development & Lead Generation

* Generate new business through direct selling to both provided and sourced leads
* Conduct effective cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify new prospects
* Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns across allocated territory
* Network with industry contacts to build relationships and identify opportunities
* Research and identify potential customers within UK public sector and SME marketplace
* Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure efficient use of sales resources
* Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM system.

Sales Process Management & Customer Engagement

* Generate new business through direct selling to both provided and sourced leads
* Conduct effective cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify new prospects

* Travel throughout UK to meet with prospects and customers as needed
* Support marketing initiatives and provide market feedback to inform business strategy
* Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Your Personal Characteristics will include:

* Proven experience in new business development and sales target achievement
* Experience in all aspects of sales pipeline management from lead to closure
* Demonstrable business acumen with understanding of industry trends and technology applications
* Experience of managing sales across diverse range of organisations, especially public sector preferred
* Track record of building and maintaining effective customer relationships
* Experience working in fast-paced environment with ability to meet deadlines
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout UK for client meeting
* Self-motivated with strong work ethic and determination to succeed.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and job responsibilities. Kahootz offers excellent benefits.
