£29,000 – £32,000 + Up to 10% Bonus

Here at Service Care Solutions, we are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage the successful delivery of MSP, Master Vendor, and Neutral Vendor recruitment contracts. This is an office-based role with some UK Travel Required
In your role you will be responsible for providing excellent client service, managing supplier relationships, achieving KPIs/SLAs, and supporting clients with effective recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
Ensure contract KPIs and SLAs are achieved
Oversee supplier performance, onboarding, and compliance
Produce client reports, business reviews, and management information
Resolve operational issues and escalations
Support contract growth and identify additional service opportunities
Deliver training and support on systems and processes
Work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
Experience in account management, recruitment, MSP, or vendor management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and ATS/CRM systems
Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
Willingness to travel to client sites when required
