Location: Peterborough | Hours: 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday office based
Salary: £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE circa £50,000

We are seeking a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, client-focussed environment, and who bring a creative, solution-based approach to sales.
The opportunity is for an ambitious, commercially minded Senior Media Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager to lead on sponsorship and media agency sales. This isn't just a sales role it’s a chance to take ownership, drive growth, and be a key part of a global success story.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and secure new sponsorship and media sales opportunities across digital, print, broadcast, and live event channels.
* Develop compelling, tailored pitches and proposals that align with client objectives and drive revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including brands, agencies, and media buyers.
* Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams to shape and deliver integrated sponsorship packages.
* Negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.
* Represent the brand at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales role.
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering high-value partnerships.
* Strong knowledge of media platforms, sponsorship activation, and brand marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing environments.
* Creative thinker with the ability to craft bespoke, value-driven proposals.
* Highly motivated, self-starter with a solution-led approach to sales
