Salary: £14 per hour
Location: Northampton/ Northamptonshire
Job Type: Full Time, minimum 36hrs per week.
Shifts on offer* : Monday to Sunday, Days 7am - 7pm, Nights 7pm to 7am
*Shifts Times are set times, but Monday to Sunday flexibility on offer depending on availability .
About the Role
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for a Care Assistant within the Northampton/ Northamptonshire area who can support across multiple packages and can travel to areas such as Central Northampton and Corby. You will be supporting alongside complex needs such as Tracheostomy, Spinal Injury, Motor Neuron Disease and more. Our Care Assistant roles are considered more of a companionship role by building up key relationships and promoting independence through daily tasks for our service user within their own home and especially within the community, such as going on holiday with them.
You will need to communicate with our services users and their next of kin effectively and appropriately, whilst also giving then the opportunity to communicate their needs as well.

Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
* To provide the correct compliance documents including updated Right to Work and original DBS certificate.
