Location: Denham, UK
Note: Due to the remote business location, the ideal candidate must have their own transport.
Salary: £27,000 - £27,000 per year basic salary + Overtime available
Basic working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-12:00.
Overtime hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00 - 17:00, Friday 07:00 - 17:00
Join a leading British engineering firm in a role that directly contributes to saving lives. As an Assembly Operative, youll help build advanced safety systems used in military aircraft around the world.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and fabricate components, including seat pan chassis and parachute containers
* Perform heat treatments, bonding, sealing, and injection moulding
* Operate vertical milling machines and fit aerospace-grade hardware
* Read engineering drawings and carry out quality checks
* Handle fine, detailed gluing and vacuum forming work
What Youll Need
* Experience in assembly, riveting, and adhesives
* Skilled with hand tools and milling machines
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Ability to follow precise technical instructions
