Fire & Security Service / Fault Engineer Location: Kent / London (covering London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Essex) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire & Security Service/Fault Engineer to join a growing team delivering high-quality service and maintenance solutions to a portfolio of commercial and high-end residential clients. The successful candidate will have proven experience working across a range of fire and security systems and be comfortable travelling throughout London and the South East. This role also includes participation in a 1-in-4 out-of-hours call-out rota, attracting an additional £250 per call-out week on top of salary. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and fault-find on fire and security systems. Diagnose and rectify system faults efficiently and professionally. Provide technical support to customers and internal office staff. Deliver out-of-hours technical support and site attendance when on call. Assist with the training and development of colleagues where required. Identify and report non-conformance issues relating to installed systems. Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service. Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and professionalism at all times.
