A leading law firm, is seeking a talented Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson to join our established Costs team. This is an exciting permanent role where you will have the opportunity to tackle unique challenges every day, contributing to the success of our firm and the satisfaction of our clients.- Prepare bills, costs budgets, and replies to points of dispute- Negotiate costs settlements and provide costs advice to fee earners- Attend Costs and Case Management ConferencesPreferred Requirements:Strong knowledge of CPR and case lawExcellent client care skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience using CostsMaster and confidence preparing detailed Bills of CostsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team with a positive attitudeProactive and flexible approach to workPreferred Qualifications:Experience as a costs lawyer or costs draftspersonDesirable: Experience with Proclaim and/or other case management systemsDesirable: Strong team player with a positive attitude
