Technical Manager Taunton Permanent We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale residential development. The role will take responsibility for the technical coordination of site-wide infrastructure and allocated residential parcels, working closely with operational, commercial and consultant teams to ensure successful delivery from planning through construction and aftercare. You will provide strong technical leadership, managing design development, programme control and stakeholder coordination to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
