A fantastic General Manager opportunity now exists in Norwich for this exciting flagship leisure and hospitality venue which is part of a well-respected and highly successful private group of companies.
My client wants to recruit a General Manager who is people focused and a commercial leader who enjoys making decisions and has the autonomy to drive the business forward. Offering a range of fun and exciting interactive activities and events, this flagship venue offers a range of products which the whole family will enjoy.
As the General Manager, you will be tasked with the day-to-day management of the venue and the delivery of superb customer experience. A key focus will be to drive attendance through different sales and marketing techniques. Using your experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, you will be expected to develop and engage with your staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and maximise sales, whilst hitting your EBITDA target.
Candidate Profile required
* Previous experience in a general management role in Hospitality
* Managing a Food & Beverage operation, including a licensed bar, is essential
