Job Description
We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our vibrant team at our London Support Office. If you're seeking your next challenge, this role could be perfect for you!
Responsibilities include:
1. Monthly processing of payroll and benefits
2. Line management of the Compensation and Benefits Advisor and Payroll Controller
3. Maintaining accurate payroll data
4. Processing annual bonus payments
5. Onboarding and offboarding hotels onto the payroll platform
6. Knowledge of TUPE regulations
7. Ensuring timely handling of payroll compliance matters such as Gender Pay reporting and HR indicators
8. Processing of company shares
9. Managing internal and external audits
10. Extensive experience with ADP Freedom, SuccessFactors, and HMRC
11. Handling ad hoc requests from stakeholders
12. Collaborating with HR to support ad hoc queries
Qualifications
* 3 to 5 years of experience as a Payroll Manager or Director in an international, highly matrixed organization
* Experience managing a team
* Retail and hospitality experience is desirable
* Experience working within franchised and managed business models
* Analytical and data-driven mindset
* Proactive and persuasive
* Flexible and adaptable
* Leadership and team development skills
* Customer-focused
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
