Position: First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
* Use your industry experience to design and review questions related to production and operations management.
* Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, process compliance, and decision-making realism.
* Provide detailed insights into workflow optimization, safety protocols, and performance supervision.
* Support AI systems in learning structured management, operations planning, and team leadership skills.
Requirements
* Strong experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.
* Strong understanding of operations management, production workflows, and safety standards.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
* Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.
