Contract: Permanent, School-Employed
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
A wonderful opportunity has become available for a Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive mainstream secondary school on a permanent contract. If you're passionate about helping students with special educational needs succeed, this could be the perfect role for you!
Role Details:
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with SEN.
* Help foster the student's academic progress, engagement, and emotional development.
* Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to create and implement effective learning strategies.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with students with SEN (preferred).
* Be patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting individual student progress.
* Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This is a permanent position with the school, not through an agency.
