Field Service Representative - 3 - 4 Month Contract Location: Cumbernauld & Surrounding Areas Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm (38.33 hours paid after breaks) Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour Start Date: Immediate Start Available Client: Leading Manufacturer & Supplier of Medical Products Are you looking for a hands-on role that makes a real difference in people's lives? Our client, a reputable and leading manufacturer and supplier of medical products, is currently looking to recruit a Field Service Representative for a 3 - Month Contract. In this vital role, you'll be delivering, installing, servicing, and collecting essential medical equipment such as mattresses and pumps to and from hospitals and patients' homes. You will also carry out routine servicing and repairs on a range of company and competitor products. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Delivery, installation, and collection of medical equipment (mattresses/pumps) at hospitals and patients' homes. Carrying out efficient servicing and repairs on a variety of medical products. Ensuring all work is performed to a high quality and standard. Effectively planning daily workload to maximise completed service and repair calls. Communicating clearly with team members, managers, and Customer Solutions Advisors. Delivering excellent customer service, especially in sensitive and challenging environments. Travelling between multiple sites - some overnight stays (up to one week) may be required. Requirements: Full UK driving licence is essential - this is a mobile role. Strong manual handling skills - including lifting and working in confined spaces. Good mechanical aptitude or previous experience in servicing equipment (training provided). High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to work compassionately and professionally with ill patients and their families. Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider service team.
