Our client, a boutique healthcare communications agency, is searching for a director or senior director to help them accelerate their growth and continue to push boundaries with their global, UK & EMEA pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You’ll be part of an award-winning small network of healthcare agencies but with a start-up feel and have the benefit of incredibly varied work and accounts, spanning corporate communications, patient advocacy, media relations and social media.
The Senior Director will be a specialist in pharma and healthcare industry communications to lead the delivery of client programmes and drive new business growth. You will be part of the senior leadership team, working closely with their Managing Director to decide on the strategic direction of the business and guide its evolution and future success.
The Senior Director’s responsibilities fall into three main categories:
1. Delivering excellence for clients: you will act as senior strategic counsel for clients and develop strong relationships.
2. Driving business growth: You'll play a key role in expanding our current client base while also bringing in new business. This will involve actively seeking out opportunities, generating leads, taking the lead on RFP responses, and delivering compelling pitches.
