About the team
The Operations Control Center serves as the hub of operational excellence, and is responsible for evaluating and executing impactful regional initiatives in collaboration with their global counterparts in the O2 team, creating comprehensive reporting structures, delivering data-driven insights, and optimizing resource allocation within the region. Each regional Control Center will consist of 4 sub-teams: (1) Continuous Improvement, (2) Reports & Insights, (3) Workforce Management, (4) Workflow Management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Continuous Improvement Manager to join EMEA Control Centre team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements across various departments within the organization. The Continuous Improvement Manager will play a key role in analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and a passion for driving operational excellence. Resposabilities:Our Operations team moderate millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users. Workflow Management builds and optimise moderation business processes, monitoring performance and continuously looks for areas to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety. What will I be doing?- Responsible for the platform design roadmap, core modules include but not limited to workforce magt, strategy magt, and operation assistance optimization powered by AI. Cooperate with XFN team to identify the pain points in business, formulate platform-oriented, tool-based solutions, and drive the implementation of these solutions.- Improve moderation and strategy operation platforms to empower operation efficiency and moderation accuracy. Conducting user research and data analysis to translate user painpoints to requirements. Responsible for platform features iteration.- Participate in product feature testing and launch phases to ensure the realization of requirements within the specified timeframe and quality standards.- Draft platform operation documentation, conduct training on feature usage, and promote awareness; Responsible for handling and driving the resolution of issues.
- Bachelor degree or above- 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B or SaaS industry. Experience with Content Moderation / Safety would be an advantage as well.- Proven experience in large scale platform design (0 to 1) or similar capacity, experience with internal platform design will be preferred. - Good logical and structural thinking.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (especially with Engineering and R&D teams).- Attention to detail - Comfortable using data to analyse performance and using insight to drive performance Trust & Safety is committed to the wellbeing of all our employees.
