Join Our Team as a Regional Legal Director - ROW We are seeking a Regional Legal Director based in our London or Chester office to serve as the primary legal counsel for the Rest of World (ROW) region. In this strategic role, you will provide expert legal guidance to the Regional Vice President and team, manage regional legal matters, collaborate with global Legal and Compliance teams, and partner with business and corporate functions to deliver practical, strategic solutions. This position may also include management of a legal team.
The ideal candidate will be a qualifiedSolicitor with a Law Degree and LPC (or equivalent) and at least 6 years PQE, ideally gained within a reputable international law firm. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in competition and contract law, providing clear and practical commercial advice.

Provide expert legal advice to senior management on business operations, product development, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical device laws, advertising standards, and regional/international laws related to aesthetic procedures and treatments.
Lead and support contract negotiations for supplier, vendor, client, and distribution agreements.
Manage legal disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as needed, and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
Identify and assess legal risks, recommending policies to minimize exposure and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide pragmatic legal guidance on business issues.
Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance employee understanding of legal and compliance requirements.
Oversee legal matters across the region, adapting strategies to local laws and business practices.
Supervise and support team members assisting with regional legal matters.
Law Degree with LPC or equivalent (e.g. Graduate Diploma in Law).
