Responsibilities
* Teach engaging and practical DT lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5, covering product design, resistant materials, and engineering concepts.
* Inspire students to develop technical and creative skills through hands-on projects.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative and engaging lesson plans.
* Encourage participation in extra-curricular activities, competitions, and design showcases.
Qualifications
* Qualified Design & Technology Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
* A passion for DT and the ability to inspire students in technical and creative subjects.
* Strong subject knowledge and experience with modern DT techniques and software.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
