About The Company\nA well established fit out and refurbishment contractor in Liverpool City Centre who specialise in delivering high spec projects to clients in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.\n\nThey have a long standing and loyal client base in Liverpool, meaning 80-90% of the projects they deliver are in the Merseyside region.\n\nAs their client base grows they will be picking up projects further afield, delivering schemes ranging in value from £0.5m - £5m.\n\nAbout The Role\nAs Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing 2-3 fit out and refurbishment projects concurrently, reporting into the Construction Director.\n\nEach project will consist of a Site Manager, Quantity Surveyor and various direct and sub contractors.\n\nYou will have overall responsibility for the safe delivery of the projects and will be the line manager each Site Manager reports into.\n\nAs Project Manager you will be office based with site visits as appropriate.\n\nYou will be the point of contact for clients and will be involved in projects from pre construction phase to final handover to the client.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed as Project Manager\nYou will have a minimum of 5yrs experience working as a Senior Manager in the fit out sector, and ideally have worked with retail and leisure sector clients.\n\nYou will be organised and capable of overseeing multiple live projects concurrently.\n\nYou must be a good people person, capable of managing others and having a good client facing manner.\n\nYou will have experience managing various aspects of deisgn & pre construction phases of projects.\n\nWhat You'll Get in Return\n\nYou will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary and benefits package which includes; Pension, 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Discretionary Bonus, Vitality, Medicash, Death in Service
