Pay: £84 – £95 per day (paid weekly)
Teaching Personnel is working closely with a supportive and inclusive school in Wimborne, seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join their team in September. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing school environment.

The Role:
* Provide classroom support to the teacher and pupils during lessons.
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with children who need additional help.
* Support pupils with a range of learning abilities and needs, including SEN.
* Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement.
* Help with lesson preparation and general classroom organisation.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children or young people (formal or informal).
* Be patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting children’s education.
* Be confident in managing classroom behaviour positively.
* (Desirable) Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
