- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors, Legal Executives or experienced Paralegals with a minimum of 1 Years PQE ideally with both respondent and claimant experience.
- You will be responsible for your own caseload whilst supporting partner leads in both contentious and non:contentious matters
- Your caseload will include settlement agreements, redundancy situations, TUPE, unfair and constructive dismissal claims, equality and discrimination claims, grievances and disciplinaries and restrictive covenants.
- You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
- You will be a driven, determined and ambitious individual looking to excel within this highly regarded firm.
