Junior Marketing Assistant (Retail Media)

The Role
Our major retail client arelooking for a Retail Media Activation Assistant to support their busy and fast-paced team during the peak trading period between now and Christmas.
As a Retail Media Activation Assistant, you'll work closely with Activation Managers and Specialists to deliver a calendar of marketing initiatives agreed with brand partners. You'll primarily be responsible for activating online bookings, but may also support other below-the-line activities such as in-store windows, loyalty rewards, in-order sampling, and CRM placements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of the annual calendar of initiatives agreed with clients.
2. Write clear and effective briefs for the creative agency and internal channels.
3. Manage onsite placements: source assets, use online platforms, and capture proof of execution.
4. Brief and activate other below-the-line activities as needed.
5. Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis (PCA) reports.
6. Collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
7. Maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
