Are you passionate about working with people and supporting their journey to employment? We are recruiting an Employment Specialist to join our team! The role involves working with participants to identify employment opportunities, especially those with health support needs, and helping them into sustainable employment. You'll deliver our Working Well Norfolk approach, providing person-centred advice, building relationships with referral partners and local employers to facilitate clients' employment opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge or experience of employer engagement and working in a target-driven environment. We welcome candidates from various backgrounds as training will be provided. The key qualities include an engaging personality, comfort working with diverse groups, and the ability to provide a warm, welcoming experience to participants.
This rewarding role allows you to utilise your skills to support others and contribute to our organization, which delivers a range of employability and health contracts supporting people back to work. This role is part of our Working Well Norfolk scheme.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,407 per annum along with benefits such as:
