Civils Operatives Required – Fawley Refinery (Long-Term Work)
We are currently recruiting for multiple civils roles on a long-term project at Fawley Refinery.
This is a great opportunity to secure a minimum 1 year of consistent work on a major site.
Available Roles & Rates
* NRSWA Streetworks Operative – £20.00 PAYE / £24.00 CIS
* Slinger – £20.00 PAYE / £24.00 CIS
* Banksman / Vehicle Marshal – £16.50 PAYE / £21.39 Umbrella
* Skilled Groundworker – £20.00 PAYE / £24.00 CIS
* Groundworker – £18.50 PAYE / £22.00 CIS/Umbrella
Project Details
* Duration: 12 months
* Hours: 9.5 hours per day (07:00 – 17:00)
* Location: Fawley, Hampshire
Requirements
Between the team, candidates must hold:
* First Aid
* SSSTS (for supervisory-level roles)
* Slinger/Signaller
* CPCS Traffic Marshal / Banksman
* CAT & Genny
* Safe Dig Training (EUSR Cat 1 or 2 / IOSH equivalent)
* 9T Forward Tipping Dumper
Experience Required
* Earthworks
* Drainage
* Foundations
* Working on busy or high-risk construction sites
All candidates must:
* Hold a valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card (as relevant)
* Have a full UK driving licence
* Be able to work within strict health & safety environments
