A warm, inclusive and community-driven primary school in Brent is seeking a dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join their Nursery team. The Role:
You will support children aged 3–4 through a mixture of structured learning and child-led, play-based activities. You will work closely with the class teacher to set up exciting learning environments, deliver small-group tasks, and help children build confidence in speech, language, early phonics and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities
• Support PSED, early communication and behaviour routines
• Take part in observations and contribute to learning journeys
• Work collaboratively with teachers and parents
• Ensure safeguarding, safety and wellbeing at all times
Requirements:
• Strong EYFS experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A nurturing, patient and supportive approach
