Mighty Kids Supplements is a fast growing family-run business, having achieved around £10M revenue in its second year of trading, with a customer base of over 100k.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in ensuring a truly exceptional customer experience. Demonstrable knowledge of nutritional principles or dietary supplementation an advantage.
The role is for between 20-40 hours per week. It is fully remote with a somewhat flexible work schedule, but it is very intensive and requires a lot of motivation and commitment. You will be one of a team of 6 corresponding with over 100k customers.
Wednesday and Thursday availability is required (at least 6 hours at any time of the day). Saturday availability may be an advantage (and would be higher paid), but is not absolutely necessary.
Marketing experience and / or familiarity with using Canva for the creation of social media content may be an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via email and IG
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
* Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
* Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
* At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working from own initiative
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
