About the Role: We're looking for a Service & Quality Manager to support and oversee our Health & Social Care staff delivering care across local authority placements. Covering Liverpool, Manchester, and North Wales, you'll be the driving force behind service quality, staff development, and safeguarding standards. In this crucial role, you'll ensure every placement delivers exceptional care in line with individual care plans, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements. You'll support and develop teams, lead on quality audits and safeguarding issues, and build strong relationships with clients and professionals. Key Responsibilities: Ensure placements follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding protocols Conduct staff supervisions, visits, and spot checks to maintain high standards Support the implementation of quality assurance frameworks Act as the lead for safeguarding concerns, escalating where appropriate Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to staff Liaise with local authorities and other professionals to meet care objectives Champion best practice in children's residential care What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children's residential care setting Qualifications: Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards) Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ofsted or Care Inspectorate Wales standards Leadership: Confident managing teams, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance IT Skills: Comfortable using systems to manage data, reports, and communications Values-Driven: Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and improving outcomes for children Why Join Us?
