We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Operational Support Senior Executive. We need you to oversee all Operational Support workstreams to ensure all SLAs are met and work is produced to a high standard in line with CRUK expectations and compliance policy. Further to this, we need you to provide support to the Service Delivery Manager as well as administrators within Operational Support.
This role will support us with new ways of working to enhance content governance and new ways of working after a CMS migration. You will work with the wider Content Excellence Team to develop governance frameworks that empower our wider content community and improve user experiences.
What will I be doing?
1. Analysing and interpreting reports and dashboards to monitor peaks and troughs, understand trends and inform decision making on work allocation and prioritisation
2. Delivering quality monitoring and coaching to each member of the Operational Support team
3. Providing day to day second level support on technical knowledge, product knowledge, competencies and skills all workstreams of Operational Support
4. Obtaining forecasts and compiling rotas to ensure all workstreams in Operational Support have sufficient resource to achieve agreed SLA’s
5. Maintaining Operational Support training records
6. Dealing with escalated queries from both the team and stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain relationships and communicate across a wide-ranging audience
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a confident approach to finding solutions through analysis and presentation of findings in a simple & effective way
9. Experience of delivering coaching and feedback to team members
10. Experience of monitoring performance and implementing and managing SLA’s & KPI’s
11. Experience of compiling and interpreting reports and analysing data.
12. Ability to learn new systems and to cascade information to the wider team.
