Location: Kilsyth (fully office-based)
Pay Rate: £13 - £15 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP (week commencing Monday 15th June)
Duration: Until Friday 9th October
Overview
Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Admin Assistant to join their Commercial Department in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a shared mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
* Supporting material management processes
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are prioritised effectively
* General administrative support within a busy commercial team
* Keeping systems and workflows organised and up to date
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook essential)
* Experience with DocuSign and SAP (preferred)
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information well organised
