Role Description
The General Manager will oversee the daily operational, financial, and customer experience aspects of the Ninja Warrior UK Leicester Adventure Park. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring health and safety standards are met, maintaining the facility, implementing marketing strategies, and optimizing revenue opportunities. The role requires leadership, team-building, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Leicester, Greater London.
Qualifications
* Leadership and team management skills, including experience in supervising, training, and motivating teams
* Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage budgets and oversee daily operations
* Experience in customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive guest experience
* Proficiency in sales, marketing, and business development strategies
* Health and safety management knowledge, with a focus on risk assessment and adherence to regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
* Prior experience managing fitness, leisure, or entertainment venues is a plus
* Weekend and school holiday availability is a must
