The Opportunity
As Our Graduate HR Coordinator, You'll Support The Day-to-day Operations Of Our HR Function Across Head Office — Combining Hands-on People Interaction With Structured, Detail-driven Work. You'll Develop Broad HR Expertise While Building Strong Relationships Across Teams And Gaining Experience In
HR administration: onboarding, contracts, changes, policy queries
Employee experience: engagement activities, events and communication
Generalist HR support: regular contact with employees and managers, supporting ER processes
HR projects: policy reviews, SharePoint management, compliance activity
Training coordination: managing programmes, providers and logistics
Payroll support: preparing and validating accurate monthly payroll input
Payroll and data work will require confidence with numbers and attention to detail — but the heart of this role is HR, problem-solving and working with people.
About You

Experience with HR systems or payroll data is helpful but absolutely not essential.

This role is a hybrid role with the main location being High Wycombe. We work from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 1:00 pm on Fridays, allowing you to start your weekend early.
