Health Care Support Worker
Band 3
Shift work covering 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Working hours include weekends and bank holidays. This role requires a flexible approach to meet the needs of a busy clinical area.
Responsibilities
* Deliver care to patients as identified in their specific care plans, to the highest standard.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team under supervision.
* Enhance skill base through training provision.

Health Care Support Workers may have flexible working arrangements, including part‑time, compressed hours, job shares, and hybrid models, subject to service needs and impact on the team.
