You'll collaborate across distribution, design, and external stakeholders to drive smoother route-to-market decisions, reduce lead-time friction, and keep pricing and supply aligned. This is a key, hands-on role reporting into the programme/supply chain function, where your impact is felt directly in customer delivery and project outcomes. About you To be successful in this Programme Manager role, you will bring: Confident stakeholder management experience, including leading meetings and tracking actions to completion Strong data analysis and forecasting ability (including demand planning support) Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Demonstrable problem-solving and risk mitigation skills Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to distribution Nice to have skills Experience working with bill of materials (BoM) and regional tracking for forecasting Background in pricing governance, including quarterly review cycles and tracking against estimates Experience supporting special projects alongside BAU Other requirements Willingness to engage in regular meetings (including weekly distributor and design team sessions) Ability to travel if required to support distributor/manufacturer engagement (travel requirements are not specified-please confirm at application stage) For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
