Women's Community Football Coordinator – Sheffield & Hallamshire
Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA is seeking to appoint a Women's Community Football Coordinator to lead the development and growth of the women's and girls' game across the region.
This exciting full-time role (35 hours per week) offers the opportunity to organise, develop, and support a wide range of football activities for women and girls—from informal community sessions to more structured playing formats.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will champion inclusive growth by collaborating with local partners, clubs, and community groups to engage underrepresented audiences and diversify participation. They will work closely with the Football Development Officer (Women and Girls) to strengthen connections between youth and adult football.
The ideal applicant will be a skilled communicator and relationship-builder, with experience in strategic cross-sector collaboration to deliver impactful football programmes. Strong project management abilities, creativity, and a passion for driving positive change through sport are essential.

1. Contract: Fixed-term until 30th June 2027
2. Salary: £23,000 per annum
3. Location: Steel City Stadium, Olympic Legacy Park, Worksop Road, Sheffield, S9 3LT
4. Working Model: Hybrid, with occasional evening and weekend work required
