Oversee all stock movements including receiving, put away, transfers and dispatch. Review and authorise stock adjustments, ensuring full audit trails and compliance. Manage KPI's related to stock. Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis. Manage and resolve inbound delivery discrepancies Lead and develop stock controllers and warehouse stock administrators' teams. Set clear performance objectives and accountability for stock accuracy. Deliver training on systems, processes, and audit requirements. Please be aware that a 5 year checkable work history will be required, and DBS and financial checks will applied for.
