Responsibilities as the Production Coordinator:
Lead and manage the production teams to achieve output and productivity targets.
Oversee all customer orders relating to production, ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain production and build schedules for production operations.
Take ownership of product quality for all items produced within your departments.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness and align with business requirements.
Introduce modern manufacturing techniques to drive process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams.
