Leading survey operations as Shift Lead within a state-of-the-art Remote Operations Centre Acting as the senior technical authority and main escalation point for complex operational challenges Overseeing real-time data acquisition, QA/QC processes and final sign-off on reports and handovers Ensuring calibration, integration and optimisation of surface and subsea positioning systems Collaborating with technical leads across Data Processing, Geophysics and CAD/GIS to deliver seamless project execution Are you the ideal candidate? 5 years’ offshore survey experience within hydrographic or geodetic environments Degree Qualified in Hydrographic Surveying, Geodetic Surveying or similar discipline Strong expertise in sensor calibration, geodesy setup and USBL verification Assured problem-solver with the confidence to lead teams and engage senior stakeholders Motivated, detail-oriented and confident working with MS Office and collaborative tools What’s in it for you?
