What You Will Do
* Assess and deliver interventions for children with communication and swallowing needs.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored, evidence-based therapy plans.
* Actively participate in case discussions and MDT meetings to drive high standards of care.
* Provide guidance and training to colleagues on dysphagia management and communication strategies.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with HCPC requirements.
Requirements
* Valid UK Driving Licence (advantageous for home visits and travel between sites).
