What We're Looking For * A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Previous experience supporting children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties is highly desirable. * Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
