Requirements
* A natural leader, happy to lead from the front
* Passionate about customer service
* Someone who loves doing deals and taking to customers
* Able to bring on an inexperienced sales team and show them how it's done
* A great operator with both new and used cars
* Not afraid to try something new and able to think on their feet
* Someone who wants to develop and grow with a great company to work for
* Someone who has sold cars before and has at least 1 year of management experience
* Tenacious, resilient and confident in their own ability to perform
